Imagine waking up one day and realizing that your life, all decked up with societal measures of success, seems hollow. That’s exactly what happened to our guest, Cristal, a first-generation college graduate and a school teacher. She had everything one could ask for, but something inside her was missing. This realization stirred up a life crisis that ultimately led her to discover breathwork and self-development.
