As the clock struck midnight on December 31, I took a deep breath—not to brace for a frenetic rush into resolutions, but to celebrate a year of unexpected triumphs, born from a pace that honoured my well-being above all else. Our journey together in this episode uncovers the beauty of authenticity and the courage it takes to stand firm in who we are, especially when societal currents pull strongly towards constant hustle.
